Cross recruiting can be done by members but it can cause severe damages to Nui Social. This is done when a current Nui member recruits or tries to recruit, enroll, subscribe a current Nui member to another network marketing or direct selling company. 

Cross recruiting within Nui Social is done when a current member recruits or tries to recruit, enroll, subscribe a current Nui member to another TBS or PEN. 

Cross recruiting outside and within Nui Social is not allowed. If members are found doing either one their accounts can be suspended for six (6) months or terminated.
