How do I reset my Nui Social back office password?


1. Go to the main sign in page at https://backoffice.nui.social/login and click on the forgot button.          

































2. Once you hit the Forgot button, it will take you to a new screen where it will ask you for your e-mail address. Put in your e-mail and then hit submit and you will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. If for some reason you do not receive an email after hitting submit, it is possible your username has been changed to your email so try it again, but use your email address as your username. If that does not work, please contact us at support@nui.social.
































3. You should get an email that contains a link to reset your password. Click on the link.

























4. The link will bring you to this change password screen where you will need to enter the password you would like. Your new password must be at least 8 characters long, contain at least one number, one lowercase character, and one uppercase character. Enter your new password twice, and it will then take you to the Back Office login page. If it gives you an error, it is possible your password does not meet the requirements. 































5. At this point, you will just input your email/username and new password and click Sign In. This will lead you into your Nui Back Office!
If your Back Office does not immediately load after, please refresh the page, and it should take you to your Back Office.
