How do I pay for a package using the account balance?

1. Before you pay for your order, you must create an order:
      a. Go to packages > purchase and order the package you want to purchase. Copy the order number which will be used in step 3. 

2. Go to Financial and then click on pay with balance. 



3. Enter your username if you wish to purchase a package for yourself using your balance OR the username of another account you want to pay the package using your balance. IMPORTANT: A 2% processing applies to the transaction. 



4. Any pending orders from the username you entered will be displayed, click on the order your wish to pay for. Then enter your security password to confirm the transaction.
