How do I transfer or sell my account?

If you would like to transfer, sell or assign your Nui Social Member account please make sure to contact the Nui Compliance team before. You will have to fill out the Member Account Transfer Request form and pay a processing fee. You can download the form which can be found in the attachment section below. 

A Nui Social member account may be transferred per the Policies and Procedures and under the following requirements:
1. The Transferor is in good standing and not in violation of any of the terms of the Member Agreement or the Policies and Procedures. The member account must be current (no balance due) as of the date of this application
2. The transferee/buyer may not be an existing Nui Social member.
3. Transferee/buyer is only agreeing to buy/receive the Nui Social Member account which excludes any other products.
4. This form must be completed by both Transferor and Transferee. Transferee must fill out the New Member Information and Agreement section, along with any other paperwork deemed necessary by Nui Social upon notice to Transferor or Transferee.
5. The form must be submitted notarized or must include a photo copy of a government ID from the transferor and transferee.
6. A nonrefundable $50 processing fee must be paid to Nui Social with this application.
7. Requests will be processed between the 1st and 5th of each month and must be submitted by the 25th of the previous month to be processed for the following month.
8. Nui Social reserves the right to approve or deny any transfer of a Member account.
9. Completed documents must be emailed to compliance@nui.social, or mailed to the Nui Social corporate address.
